Our Process

Inquire

Contact us via text, voicemail, email or social media to inquire about what services might best meet your pets needs.

In your inquiry, please let us know the dates, services and number of pets you want care for!

Intake Form

Once we receive your inquiry, we will send over a link to our Intake Form. This has to be completed before the Meet & Greet.

Get ahead of the process by completing the form ahead of time.

Meet & Greet

A Meet & Greet is a vital part of our on-boarding, and generally mandatory! We come to your home so that you, your pet and we can all get to know each other. There, we will also see where their food & other things are located too!

Schedule Services

You can text, call, email or message on social media to book your services. Requests via text message get the quickest response!

How Can You Inquire/Book?

Text us the dates & services you would like to inquire for, and we will get back to you ASAP! Because we’re with your pets all day, we can’t pick up the phone - please leave us a voicemail instead. 

Email

We respond to our emails almost as quick as our text messages. Please send the details to woofnwagpetz@gmail.com for a quick reply.

Quick & easy! Visit our "Contact Us" page and fill out our form stating your name, contact information and message. Please divulge as many details as possible regarding your inquiry - this way, we will be able to get back to you with a detailed quote and move forward!
