This service is offered from approximately March to November. Services will be paused over the winter months, if snow accumulation reaches a level where we are unable to provide a perfect clean.

A Seasonal Scoop is a thorough cleaning of approximately 2 months of waste.

This service is offered from approximately March 1 - April 30. Snow in the yard must be 80% melted in order to get a guaranteed, perfect clean!

What Services Do You Offer?

We offer Scoops to fit all needs! From Weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly & Seasonal Scoops - we do it all. Additionally, we offer One-Time Scoops for those who have an outdoor event, or even are planning to sell their home! For Businesses, we provide Poop Scoops for Doggy Daycares, and Commercial Properties that have an accumulation of pet waste.
Can I Add-On A Scoop To My Pet Care Visit?

Absolutely! We encourage this, as it takes care of both your pets and yard in one go! It is also a more affordable option - if we are already there for a visit, a full scoop is only $10 additional. This does not apply if a Seasonal/Monthly Scoop is needed. Only Weekly & Bi-weekly options.
Where Is Your Service Area?

We proudly serve the New Tecumseth area! This includes: - Tottenham - Colgan - Beeton - Alliston - Rosemont - Everett We will also provide Seasonal Scoops (one-time, not recurring) services to those in: - Angus - Lisle - Loretto - Cookstown - Mansfield These will incur an Out-of-Town Fee that will vary depending on individual locations.
How Do We Get Started?

Our Intake steps are quick and easy! Inquire! Fill our our "Get Quote" or Contact Form and get a response within 24 hours. Schedule a FREE Meet & Greet. These are quick visits so that you get to meet us, we can see the yard quality and you know who will be on your property at the time of the Scoops. We get started! At the Meet & Greet, we will get our schedule set, and get started.
How Do I Pay For The Service?

Woof N Wag has an online invoicing system. Clients can expect to receive an emailed, detailed invoice for their services. Invoices are due by/on the first date of service, and can be paid by Credit/Debit, E-Transfer or Cash. Services are subject to the required 13% tax.
Where Do You Put The Waste?

We have two options for waste disposal: 1. On-Property Disposal (Most Popular) This is FREE and all waste will be bagged and placed in your waste bin, ready for collection day! 2. Off-Property Disposal This comes at a $10 additional fee, and waste will be brought to the appropriate waste facility.
Do I Need To Be Home For Your Visit?

Not at all! The majority of our clients are not present at the time of their scoop. As long as we have access to your backyard & gates, we will send a message upon arrival and a debrief upon departure. This allows you to know who is on your property at all times!
What Happens If There Are Cancellations? Will I Get A Refund?

If cancellations occur due to weather conditions (accumulation of snow, extreme weather events, etc), then your account will be credited for the cancelled visit! This credit will appear on your next invoice. If you have a one-time/seasonal visit scheduled, then it will either be rescheduled, or refunded at your preference.
